GlucoLog T3 app for iPhone and iPad

The GlucoLog T3 app allows the remote control of the GlucoMen Day CGM, the Continuous Glucose Monitoring system distributed by A.Menarini Diagnostics.
With GlucoLog T3 app you can follow from remote your loved ones which are monitoring their glycaemia by means of GlucoMen Day CGM system. GlucoLog T3 allows to see on your own phone, everywhere you are, in about real-time, the full glycemic profile of the followed GlucoMen Day CGM device, allowing you to control the current glucose management of your loved ones.
GlucoLog T3 also allows to set alarms (glucose thresholds, glucose rate of change, predictive) independently from those set on the followed GlucoMen Day CGM device.

The App is not a Medical Device, is not CE marked, and it is a remote data viewer only. Consequently, no clinical actions nor decisions shall be taken based on the glucose data or notifications provided by the App only, which purpose is for remote control only, as any clinical action or decision on the Patient shall be based on the Patients GlucoMen Day CGM device data, and/or on the his/her Healthcare Professional advise. The developer of the App, SWITCHUP s.r.l., doesnt take any responsibility about App functionality in case the User decides not to activate the push notifications.
